A link to Github is also in each post, where you can then see which Glyphs those Hex numbers represent, the Glyph address can also be seen in the screenshots. The title of each indicates which Galaxy the planets are in, and the address in Hex Numbering. Each portal has a 12-Rune address and a Rune can appear more than once in an address. They are arranged in the order I found them, the oldest first. The marginally good news is that you don’t need the Glyphs for all 16 Runes to travel to a planet. In some cases it happens that the Portal has become unusable due to the collision, in those cases I mention it, and give info about which Portal should be used. When you visit these places, you will experience some strange phenomena when you are close to the area where the planets come together, it can be risky, and I recommend making a manual save before going through the Portal. I have previously posted parts of the material in the forum, but now that it has grown and become so much, I thought it was time to place it in a Steam guide. I have found some myself, but most come from various online forums. A compilation of various colliding planets that I have visited and explored in the NMS universe.
